Mold Testing

Indoor air quality (IAQ) refers to the quality of the air inside buildings as represented by concentrations of pollutants and thermal (temperature and relative humidity) conditions that affect the health comfort and performance of occupants.

Buildings are supposed to protect the occupants, not make them sick or uncomfortable.
Our testing will determine how efficiently a building functions in order to keep costs manageable as a measure of the buildings performance. We will test for mold, contamination by chemical pollutants (indoor or outdoor sources), Air exchange rates and ventilation parameters and will recommend a course of action to relieve Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) or Building Related Illness (BRI). The EPA indicates that there are measurable changes in peoples ability to concentrate and perform based on IAQ issues.

We will modify the inspection based on your needs and problem indicators.
Whether you need a single mold test to determine what a dark spot really is, or a complete IAQ investigation, our certified technicians can help! We use only fully accredited labs to ensure quality control.
