OUR AIR DUCT CLEANING PROCESS
We carefully remove registers and supply vents. A powerful HEPA Vacuum is connected to a supply vent opening, and each air duct is brushed with a power cable and brush or compressed air. This is done with our sidewinder to loosen the dirt and dust while the Super Turbo Vacuum is pulling the contaminated material into the HEPA vacuum system. There is NO MESS created while using this system. All the vents are thoroughly washed and disinfected using EPA approved disinfectant as needed. The coils are acid washed, the drip pan and drain line are cleaned, and the heaters are cleaned.

We use equipment designed specifically for accessing and removing contaminates from larger systems, and we have the experience to perform the cleaning in all situations.
Air Quality Specialists has written safety, confined space, and respiratory policies and carries both Workmans Compensation and Liability Insurance. We provide access to the job at any time, to demonstrate progress using video inspection systems if necessary. Each job is assigned an ASCS (Air Systems Cleaning Specialist) to supervise your project from start to completion. In addition, if there is microbial contamination a VSMR (Ventilation Systems Mold Remediator) will be assigned to the project.
